Please book a tour, prior to booking your event. Once an event is booked that booking deposit is Non-Refundable.​

Event types include but are not limited to Micro-Weddings, Celebration parties, Memorial gatherings, and Game nights.
Some exclusions may apply. Must be 18 or older to book venue.
Venue is located on Private property in a rural setting just minutes away from several hotels, dining options, amusement centers, and shopping complexes.
Spacious 1500 Sq ft building with covered patio.
Maximum occupancy for up to 80 total people.
Exterior plush 1500 sq ft turf pad. Available for use during summer season for Outdoor weddings or celebrations.

Kitchen area for plating and bussing is included in all bookings, as well as a bar height serving area for refreshments. Guests have access to a clean and well maintained outdoor privy.
Up to 8 total 72" round tables with seating for up to 8 guests each
Up to 4 total 48" rectangle tables with seating of up to 6 guests Or these can be alternately used for accoutrement tables.​
Up to 64 exterior folding chairs and 4 benches that seat up to 5 guests each.

​Parking for up to 60 cars with reserved parking availability next to building for special guests.

Liability Insurance: All renters must provide Special Event Liability Insurance

Deposits: Non-refundable deposit is due upon booking or scheduling your event. Remaining balance is due prior to the event.

Contract: Signed contract is required for all bookings.
