Service Description
1 Day ( Friday or Saturday) 6 hours Starting at $ $1750 1 Day ( Tuesday-Thursday) 6 hours Starting at $1000 Set up inside tables and chairs, included. Set up isle chairs, included. Quantity based on application and guest count. Exterior isle not available during winter or snow season. All events to be completed by 9pm Non-refundable deposit to hold date. Collected upon booking. $1000 damage deposit, refundable. Collected Upon signing contract. $ 500 excessive cleaning deposit. Collected upon signing contract.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits made for reservations booked online will not be refunded for cancellations or No-shows. Signed contract and liability release are required with all rentals. Credit card is required for damage deposits. See Essential Particulars page and contract for more details.
